These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ADAMAS website at adamas-project.com (the “Site”) operated by Falcon Intelligence Group LLC (“Falcon Intelligence Group,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any way that violates applicable law.
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the ADAMAS name, frameworks, and methodologies — are owned by Falcon Intelligence Group LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. ADAMAS stands for All Decisions And Memory Archive System. ADAMAS is built on the third-party Hermes AI agent, which remains the property of its respective owner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Descriptions of ADAMAS services and any prices shown on the Site are for general information and are indicative only. They may change, and specific terms, scope, and fees are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. The Clarity Audit fee is credited toward your build if you proceed.
ADAMAS is built on Hermes, a third-party AI agent that remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to its own licence terms. We name this dependency openly: if Hermes were modified, discontinued, or replaced, we would migrate ADAMAS to an alternative engine. Your decision ledger and generated assets are independent of the engine (see Section 5) and would not be affected in substance by such a change.
In client engagements, the vault hardware is purchased and owned by you, and all data in your vault — the decision ledger, ingested source material, and generated assets — is and remains yours. The ledger is stored in open, documented formats (structured Markdown and JSON) that can be read, exported, and migrated without ADAMAS or our involvement. If an engagement ends, for any reason, your system keeps running: we retain no copy of your vault, we withhold nothing, and no exit fee or export charge applies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
