This Legal Notice consolidates the disclaimers that apply to the ADAMAS website at adamas-project.com (the “Site”) and to the ADAMAS product and services operated by Falcon Intelligence Group LLC (“Falcon Intelligence Group,” “we,” “us”). It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Impressum. Where a separate written agreement, proposal, or order governs a specific engagement, that agreement controls in case of conflict.
The Site, and any document, framework, template, summary, or other output produced by or with ADAMAS, are provided for general informational and operational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, safety, compliance, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has reviewed your specific circumstances.
Outputs that resemble investor materials, board or diligence documents, financial models, valuations, safety or compliance procedures, or HR and employment decisions are drafts assembled from information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving them — with appropriate professional advisors — before relying on, acting on, filing, or distributing them. Nothing on the Site or produced by ADAMAS is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or to make any investment, and we do not provide investment advice or brokerage services.
ADAMAS uses artificial intelligence — including the third-party Hermes AI agent and local language models — to surface candidate decisions from your sources and to assemble assets from your decision ledger. AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or fabricated (“hallucinated”), and can misinterpret source material.
All AI-assisted output is a starting point that requires human review. In ADAMAS, nothing enters your ledger unreviewed: candidate decisions must be confirmed by a person. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and use of any output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that AI-assisted output is accurate, complete, current, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.
Calculators, cost figures, savings, payback periods, amortization, return-on-investment, hardware prices, cloud-AI prices, team-size bands, and similar numbers shown on the Site — including the cost & amortization calculator — are illustrative estimates based on stated assumptions and the inputs you provide. They are not quotes, not offers, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of cost or savings.
Actual costs and results depend on your configuration, usage, team size, third-party vendor pricing, and individual circumstances, and will vary. Third-party hardware and software prices, and any market or industry figures, are set by third parties, are indicative and current only as of the date shown, and may change without notice. The Clarity Audit fee is credited toward your build if you proceed; final scope and fees are set out in a separate written agreement.
ADAMAS is offered in early access. Some interface views on the Site are high-fidelity mockups with sample data and may differ from the shipped product; where this is the case it is indicated. Sample ledgers, demos, and generated examples use fictional data for illustration.
Statements about our roadmap, plans, goals, future features, capabilities, timelines, or the future of the product or company are forward-looking and reflect current intentions only. They are not commitments, promises, or guarantees. Features, availability, scope, pricing, and timing may change or be discontinued without notice.
Product, company, and hardware names referenced on the Site — including, without limitation, Hermes, Obsidian, Ollama, Apple, Mac mini, M4, AMD, Ryzen, NVIDIA, DGX Spark, CUDA, GMKtec, EVO-X2, Monday.com, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, and Pipedrive — are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification, descriptive, and compatibility-reference purposes only.
Their mention does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or partnership by those owners, in either direction. ADAMAS is built on the third-party Hermes AI agent, which remains the property of its owner and is subject to its own licence terms. Names of integrations indicate interoperability only and do not imply a commercial relationship unless expressly stated.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is accurate or complete. Warranties applicable to a paid engagement, if any, are set out exclusively in the separate written agreement for that engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Intelligence Group LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, the product, or any output, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). This section supplements Section 8 of our Terms of Use.
Any results, metrics, or outcomes described in case studies or other materials are specific to the client and engagement shown, are not independently verified unless stated, and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. We do not publish fabricated testimonials, client names, logos, or metrics; materials describing results appear only with the relevant client’s approval.
The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, practices, or availability. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
The Site and this notice are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise. Our services are directed to businesses (B2B). For users in Germany and the EU, the statutory provider information is set out in our Impressum, and applicable mandatory EU/German consumer and data-protection law remains unaffected.
