From first call to a live vault.

What actually happens in an engagement — step by step, with what we need from you at each stage.

1 · The Clarity Audit ($1,000, credited)

A structured review, typically completed within two weeks. We interview you and up to three key people, map where decision-memory lives (and where it's missing), and deliver a written clarity report: the knowledge traps, ranked by risk, with a build plan. The fee is credited toward your build if you proceed — and the report is yours either way.

You provide: a 30-minute kickoff call, access to interviewees, and honest answers. No system access is needed at this stage.

2 · The build ($4,000, one-time)

We configure your vault on hardware you purchase (see hardware), connect the sources that matter (see integrations), seed the ledger with the decisions surfaced in the audit, and set up the first generated assets. Typical duration: 2–4 weeks depending on source count.

You provide: the machine (we'll tell you exactly what to order), read-only credentials for the sources you choose to connect, and a weekly 30-minute check-in.

3 · The handover

You receive a live system, a walkthrough for you and your team, and the one recurring task that keeps it current: confirming surfaced decisions, which takes minutes per week. The optional retainer ($200/mo) covers ongoing refinement — but the system is yours and keeps running without it.

What you end up owning

  • The hardware and everything on it
  • The ledger, in open formats (Markdown + JSON) — see the schema
  • Every generated asset, regenerable as decisions change
