Founding Client Program

Be the proof.

ADAMAS is in early access, and this page doesn't pretend otherwise. We have no wall of logos yet — what we offer instead is the founding-client trade: you get the full system at today's pricing with the founder personally on your build; we get one honest, written case study.

What you get

  • The complete build at current early-access pricing ($1,000 audit, credited + $4,000 build) — locked in, whatever pricing does later
  • Founder-delivered, end to end: you work directly with Massimo Sahin, not a team you've never met
  • First-in-line support and influence on the roadmap while the product hardens
  • Right to review and approve every word of the case study before anything is published — anonymized to a revenue band if you prefer

What we ask

  • One written case study after the engagement: the problem, what was done, and at least one hard before/after metric (e.g., onboarding time)
  • Honest feedback during the build — including what doesn't work
  • Permission to publish, in the form you approve

Who qualifies

The same profile the product is built for: founder-led service or SaaS companies, roughly $2M–$5M revenue, 5–50 people, where the founder knows they're the bottleneck. DACH or US. If that's not you, the standard engagement is identical in substance — founding status only changes the trade above.

The program is limited to a small number of clients and closes when the first case studies are published.
