The decision-memory layer for Monday.com
Monday.com is where your deals move through stages and your projects change status every day. But a board only ever shows you what the current state is — it never remembers why it got there.
ADAMAS is the decision ledger that connects to Monday.com and captures the why behind every decision made there — structuring it into a permanent, searchable record your whole company can use. It doesn't replace Monday.com; it gives it a memory.
Where decisions disappear in Monday.com
Every status flip, owner change, and won/lost deal in Monday.com is a decision. The reasoning behind it lives in an update thread, a comment, or someone's head — and the moment a board is archived or a person leaves, that reasoning is gone.
Six months later nobody remembers why that project was put on hold, why a deal was disqualified, or why you changed your pricing on a specific account. Monday.com is a brilliant system of record — but it was never built to be a system of reasoning.
How ADAMAS connects to Monday.com
ADAMAS plugs into Monday.com and continuously reads the places where decisions and their reasoning live:
- Item & status-column changes — captured the moment a deal or task moves
- Updates and comment threads — where the actual reasoning is written
- Deal-stage transitions (won, lost, on-hold) and who made the call
- Board structure and ownership, so context is never orphaned
A deal moves to Lost on your sales board. ADAMAS records the decision, pulls the reasoning from the update thread (“budget pulled, revisit in Q3”), tags who decided, and links it to other lost deals — so your next pipeline review is informed by a year of real reasoning, not guesswork.

Monday.com + ADAMAS — FAQ
Does ADAMAS replace Monday.com?
No. ADAMAS is a decision-memory layer that sits on top of Monday.com. You keep running sales and projects in Monday; ADAMAS captures the reasoning behind the decisions made there and structures it into a permanent ledger.
How does ADAMAS connect to Monday.com?
Through Monday.com's GraphQL API and webhooks. When an item changes status, a deal is won or lost, or an update is posted, ADAMAS ingests the event and the surrounding discussion, then writes a structured decision entry.
Where is the data stored?
Local-first, on hardware you own. ADAMAS does not send your company's decisions to third-party clouds — optional hybrid routing is used only for tasks you explicitly approve.
Can it work alongside other tools?
Yes. ADAMAS is designed to connect to your whole stack — Monday.com, email, meeting rooms, drives and docs — and unify the reasoning from all of them into one decision ledger.
