Falcon Intelligence Group LLC (“Falcon Intelligence Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with the ADAMAS website at adamas-project.com (the “Site”) and the ADAMAS products and services (together, the “Services”). It also describes the privacy rights available to you and how to exercise them.
Falcon Intelligence Group LLC is the entity responsible for the Services and is the controller of personal information described in this Policy unless stated otherwise. This Policy applies to personal information we process through the Site, our sales and onboarding process, our client and supplier relationships, and our business communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we do not control, or to information you maintain solely within your own local ADAMAS environment.
We aim to collect the minimum personal information necessary. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories:
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or government-identifier data) through the Site, and we ask that you not send such information to us.
We obtain personal information directly from you (when you contact us or engage our Services), automatically from your use of the Site, and occasionally from third parties such as referrers, publicly available professional sources, and our service providers.
We use personal information to:
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: (a) your consent; (b) the performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; (c) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business in a balanced and proportionate way; and (d) compliance with a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Your privacy rights).
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose personal information only as described below:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
This Site sets no tracking cookies. It does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party profiling analytics, and therefore shows no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. Any cookies or local-storage values we use are strictly necessary to operate the Site (for example, remembering your selected colour theme). Our analytics run on Plausible, a cookieless, EU-hosted, privacy-first service that collects no personal data and stores no identifiers in your browser. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking, we treat browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals consistently with this no-tracking approach.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy — including to provide the Services, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements — after which we delete or anonymise it. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Our local-first architecture is itself a privacy and security feature: it minimises the personal and proprietary data that ever leaves your control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States and may process personal information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country not recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), together with supplementary measures where required.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
The Site and Services may reference or interoperate with third-party tools — including, in your own environment, software such as Obsidian and the Hermes AI agent on which ADAMAS is built. Those tools are provided by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review their policies.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a regulator. Region-specific rights are described in the U.S. state privacy notice and the EEA, UK & Switzerland notice below. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in How to contact us; we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
This section provides additional information for residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others. It supplements the rest of this Policy.

Submit a request by emailing privacy@adamas-project.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request using the information we hold and respond within the period required by law. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will inform you of the outcome and, where applicable, how to contact your state attorney general.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies in addition to the rest of this Policy.
Subject to conditions and exemptions under applicable law, you have the right to:
As described in §11, where we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum) and supplementary measures. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards using the contact details above.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
