Background

Massimo Sahin founded Falcon Intelligence Group and built ADAMAS.

Ex Teleperformance and Accenture. He then built and ran a consultancy that designed and installed sales systems and processes inside industrial machinery, manufacturing, and automation companies — and delivered sales and lead-generation work for firms in those sectors and in marketing and sales services.

Why ADAMAS Exists

The pattern emerged not from a single insight, but from seeing the same problem repeat across engagements.

Sales systems got built. Lead volume increased. Then the client's organization stalled — not from bad strategy, but because operational knowledge was concentrated in too few people. Founders involved in everything because no one else had the context to act without them. Managers carrying onboarding, process memory, and institutional reasoning in their heads rather than in any system that could transfer it.

The lead volume those sales systems produced exposed a bottleneck that was already there: the organization couldn't absorb growth because its knowledge couldn't move. Scattered processes. Informational gaps. Handoffs that broke. New hires who took months to reach operating capacity.

ADAMAS was built as the direct answer to that pattern.

On Knowledge and Scale

Every decision a company makes carries reasoning. Most of that reasoning disappears.

Not because it wasn't valuable — because no one built a system designed to keep it. Decision context, strategic rationale, onboarding logic: when captured, these compound. When they don't, the company rebuilds from scratch after every departure, every promotion, every handover.

The most valuable trapped asset in a founder-led company is the decision reasoning stored in the founder's head. A founder who cannot be replaced by their own organization has not built one. Scaling past yourself starts with making that reasoning explicit — and putting it somewhere it can be used.

Founder-built, founder-delivered

ADAMAS is a founder project for founders. The early phase is deliberately a private build — done out of conviction about the industry and the companies in it, not on anyone's behalf. The bottleneck in a founder-led company is the founder: the reasoning that runs the business sits in a few people's heads, and in the founder's own. A concentrated solution to that problem is best built by someone who has worked inside it, not handed to a team that hasn't. Backers, partners, and angel investors are involved; the build and the delivery are not outsourced.

ADAMAS has no sales team and no delivery department. Where this site says "we," it means me — plus the named partners on the Partners & Backers page. The audit is run by me, the vault is built by me, and the handover call is with me. For a system that holds your company's most sensitive knowledge, that's not a limitation — it's the point.

Where this is going

This is a commitment, not a launch. The goal is narrow and long: make the decision ledger the standard way founder-led companies record why they did what they did — the way version control became standard for code.

The order of work is deliberate. Falcon Intelligence Group runs on ADAMAS first — Client Zero — so nothing reaches a client that hasn't run in production here. Then a small number of founding clients, each installed and handed over in person. Underneath both, the Decision Ledger Standard stays open — plain Markdown and JSON, CC BY 4.0 — so the format outlives any single vendor, including this one. A company's decision history should never be locked to the tool that recorded it.

There is no exit timeline. Massimo is on this until that standard exists. The work is the product.
